  I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but absolutely have to give 5 Stars for Tamara at Rug Addiction. It’s very clear that Tamara goes above and beyond for customers and has provided the best, most fuss-free service I’ve received for a big purchase in a very long time. I am very excited for my new rug that is on the way - thank you Tamara! :)

  Today I went in to Rug Addiction with my wife. Tamara assisted us to choose three rugs to match our new home. Tamara had a world of knowledge when it came to what styles and colours that would suit best. Really happy with the services we were provided. I highly recommend the Rug Addiction because not only are the staff knowledgeable and friendly, but their products are fairly priced.

  Tamara was so helpful and knowledgeable.
  After showing her a photo of my room and colour scheme Tamara gave me all the advice and guidance I needed. I was so happy with her recommendation and am extremely happy with my new rug. It looks amazing and is such a lovely quality. The store is so well stocked I was able to bring my rug home the same day! Very happy customer here :) Highly recommend!!

  Really great service - I got in touch asking about shipping dates when it hadn’t shipped after a week. I was immediately contacted by a real person over phone and email (Tamara) who kept me updated and explained the delay. The rug arrived well ahead of schedule and looks great. Would definitely use again for great customer service.
