Sayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a big balcony and a Jacuzzi with unbelievable views of the town and the sea.
Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff are great, happy and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.

My second trip to Pinnacles was just as enjoyable as the first just over a year ago . From the management to the cleaning staff.. all seem to bend over backwards to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one.
Like many businesses in Airlie.. Pinnacles took a huge hit from cyclone Debbie however they have bounced back and continue to wow the public with their dedication to great customer service and an awesome product.
Once upon a time Airlie was known as the backpackers haven however resorts like Pinnacles are now showing the world that luxury can be in your own back yard.
Do yourself a favour and experience amazing views.. luxury accommodation and good old fashioned great customer service!

Just returned from 5 night stay at Pinnacles. The rooms were huge, big balcony with amazing views over Airlie Beach.
Staff were accommodating and the Infinity Pool was unbelievable! We had a big group stay for a wedding and highly recommend.

I will be back.

We stayed at the Pinnacles for our anniversary. We were upgraded to a beautiful unit with fantastic views. The staff were all helpful and friendly. It is on a steep hill and the walk from reception to our unit was also steep but we found the taxis drivers were happy to take you up to the car park closest to your unit. cost for taxi's from around Airlie was between $7 and $10 dollars so we generally walked down to town and got a Taxis back. The unit was beautifully appointed with indoor and outdoor settings. Enjoyed having meals on our balcony watching the sunset over the Whitsundays. Thanks for a most wonderful Holiday.

We came here for our honeymoon. We were upgraded by the friendly staff to an amazing room with an awesome view. We loved the spa on the balcony. The apartment was massive. The resort is on quiet a steep hill so some people might find that difficult.

I can not fault this beautiful resort. The staff were extremely welcoming and their service throughout my week long visit, impeccable. From the most luxurious apartment,with own private spa tub on balcony, to the amazing views of the Whitsundays, the in house gym and sauna, and day spa, and the gorgeous pool, which I could have lazed about in,all day, looking down at the bay and islands. It's atop a steep hill , but it's very cheap-only $4, $5 for a cab, and the resort provide hire car's at a decent cost. Will definitely return!!!

Both my husband and I stayed for a few days to celebrate a significant birthday. Could not have chosen a better place , clean , stunning views and very helpful staff. The resort even provides free exercise ( better than any cross trainer ) when walking back from the lovely restaurants of Airlie Beach. A nice touch was to find chocolate and wine ( two of my most favourite things ) waiting for me in the fridge on my birthday :-). I would recommend to have the use of a vehicle if you are disabled or elderly as the drive is very steep. Enjoyed every minute of this glorious resort.
