Reasonably priced. Beautiful view of the water from our balcony. Pool was clean and pretty waterfall. We really loved the washer and dryer in our room and the jacuzzi tub out on the balcony.

The place is amazing, the views are beautiful, very close to all amenities, and the port is across the road for all the cruises and ferries.
The penthouse is fabulous with a spa on the balcony.
I feel like a millionaire 🤣

Whats advertise is not what it is,, 4.5 star it is not , no service 's etc very disappointed, , room's not clean and mold,, veiw is the only thing that stunning

Great hotel! Spacious clean room with a kitchenette and a balcony. Nice pool. Helpful staff who took care of our luggage while we went on an overnight sailing trip. Would definitely stay again!

Disappointing, needs to be upgraded, kitchen accessories need to be restocked big time. Went to cook our succulent steaks on the bbq but there was no gas!!
Over priced for what you get.

Good location. Paint cans in the walk-in. Scarred walls (thus the paint cans I'm guessing). Pricey for what you get.

Really nice layout and size. Beautiful furnishings and decor.

Only bad things were the location of the receptionist and the Wi-Fi was horrible (and I had to go back down to get a code when they should have provided it when I got the keys). Also the receptionist didn't ask for my ID at all which is really unprofessional

Unfortunately nothing was really working. The flat was outdated, the fridge was freezing our food, the place was only clean on the surface All in all it was highly overpriced - more than 1000 dollars a week for a place like that was more than disappointing. Airlie is beautiful tho

Average placerooms were neat and tidyhave to pay for room cleaningroad in front is quite noisy.staff were excellent and had vey good local knowledge. They organised our tripslocation is also goodwithin walking distance of Main Street

Arrived to being given the wrong room, told would be sorted by manager in morning. We shared a one bedroom with our 2 kids. In the morning reception told us manager was on her way, 2 hours later told she wasnt going to show up. Offered same room at full rate.

The boathaven is in a good location. There is a small walk to the centre of town and shops but it isn't too bad. The rooms are modern and if your room includes a spa, the spas have a lovely view of the ocean. The facility are modern but don't ooze luxury. Overall a good hotel.

The manager Emma was nothing but repugnant considering this was a prebooked holiday a number of years in the making. It was an utterly terrible and most dissatisfying experience. One bedroom apartment with spa on balcony was filthy, constant electrical issues. Holiday at your own risk.
