Tried contacting them several times about an issue they needed to fix, did not receive a call or email back and in fact, several weeks later, I'm still waiting. Do not recommend

Very impressed with the design consultant, George, the most hard-working man ever met. He provided us a lot of help on finding what we need for a custom designed home. Jenna is our consultant for pre-start who is also very helpful. She responded to email inquiries in a timely manner and helped us with all the selections, design meetings and later-on variations. Information she provided is sufficient and comprehensive. Overall, very happy with the service received so far, special thanks to George. Now, we are about to go into the construction stage. Hope everything stays on track.
