We were really looking forward to celebrating my daughter’s birthday here. Phoned up to talk about booking and got told sorry we busy, hung phone up on me. She told me she is the manager,Understanding that you were busy, but No call back, very unprofessional. Just lost out on big family gathering and definitely wouldn’t recommend, if service is this bad then we will not be coming here again.

Came into Indian brother Annerley after work to pick up and pay for our order. Upon entrance we were greeted by a manager who did not honour the voucher they had available in entertainment book. The voucher was valid for the Annerley store, however the manager rudely said they're no longer accepting it and said she won't be copping that 25% discount from her pay?! If you don't want to honour it then don't put it up on entertainment book in the first place. You're just using it for free advertisement at this point. Safe to say, you've lost a customer with this terrible service.

We Ordered a takeaway and the entrees were missing, when I phoned them about this, the service girl had attitude, as if it was our fault. She complained to us that we did not get back to them sooner, and threatened me with, we will not replace the missing items if it happens again? Nice service!! Unbelievable! No star if I could.

We ate here just before Christmas, and the food was really good. I ordered the Lamb Vindaloo and asked for it hot. It was delicious but it was really only a medium but apart from that everything was absolutely delicious. I will be back to eat here again. Next time I'll go for Extra hot.
