Once a great hotel, now a shell of it's former self. Not great service. Appalling wifi speeds, no more amazing breakfasts. Feels a little old and outdated.

Ive stayed in worseits okbed and room are ok but nothing amazing, Free WIFI is generally good, housekeeping and location are good. Yep staff are friendly and responsive. The aircon in the room is noisy if you need to have this running and the room lighting is poor. So average review :-)

Good location and nice, well equipped room. Staff on the desk were always friendly and helpful, and having coffee and some snacks available. Internet in the room was pretty fast and had both wired and wireless options. Would stay there again

being a single traveler this time the hotel looked adequate from the description on hotels combined.
Arrival and check in easy, they take $100. Deposit from your card against damages and will release back in 5 days if all ok.

Note: The room i was in had previous damages, they should have a pre stay damage checklist, as there is no way you could defend tourself if they were to say those damages are yours.

I took a time stamp recording video before and after just in case.

    The Room.
Size was alright for a one nigt stay, a few stains on the carpet, looked like red wine, the tv looked like it was on the blink, very dark picture and can not change that with remote.

The towels smelt like kerosene, however the bed was ok , comfortable enough ,

But the noise, the noise noise noise noise. apart from hearing everything that goes down temporarly in the hall way, there was a machine humming noise that never stoped.

Not the tv or aircon could abate.

To sleep deeply , i would have needed ear plugs and copious amounts of alcohol.

Thats was the real bummer it could have passed ok for me if it wasnt for that constant mind altering, infurianting deep humming destroy rest noise.

If they just fixed that it would have been alright.

Location is convenient to two subway stations, several parks, and is easily in walking distance to the Opera House and the Rocks. The hotel itself has a sleek, modern feel and the rooms do not disappoint. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond are what must struck me. Keep in mind that this hotel is in the center of one of the countries largest cities, so if you're a mildly light sleeper, consider earplugs.

Great location and excellent friendly service. Rooms are generally clean and up to date, although some are showing signs of being a little tired. Convenient free pass to an excellent nearby gym. Good coffee, breakfast, dinner and bar options nearby.
