  Professional, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Team was running a little late on the day (held up at earlier moving job) but kept me updated with messages throughout the delay. Will use their services again!

  Extremely professional. Took care to avoid scratching walls, and worked with us to coordinate items to be moved. Staff had proper equipment (some sort of lifting belt) for safety and prevents scratching.

  I am checking other reviews and it looks like the actual team being sent by the office is a complete lottery. so many people are satisfied and admire level of service and for us it was very opposite.
  we booked the service several weeks in advance and were informed the night before that truck broke down. we expected movers at 9am next morning and it only came at 2pm after several calls from our side (5 hours later!). in order to have second run I called management as movers did not want to work after 6pm. when we managed to agree about second run truck broke down, we've been promised another one and then around 7-8pm they said no one is coming today. let it be sharply 6am tomorrow morning, guys, we'll be there. guess what? they came at 7:45am and did second run. this made us change further plans at the very last minute. we honestly paid for all the hours of work but I would not recommend this company to anyone. I expected to have well managed process and things running according to agreement and it all turned into disaster, continued for 2 days and added double stress to my husband and me (actually, pregnant woman).

  Fantastic to organise, stress free and the whole experience from quote/booking to final drop off was outstanding.

  Excellent service, professional and friendly. They moved us with no fuss and took excellent care of our stuff loading and unloading.
