Had an awesome experience throughout
From initial customer service through to end result of having a shattered patio window replaced.

I was stressed when I called as my gardener had a rock fly up and shatter my patio window, another local company told me I had to wait 2 weeks for glass

Called pakenham glass as was greeted by a warm and friendly lady who gave me a quote and said they could come out at 8.30am the next day, or if they could arrange it they will do their best to come out same day.

I got a call back saying they could come out later that afternoon and they guys who turned up were very friendly and professional. And all was sorted the same day.

Highly recommend Pakenham Glass and will certainly re-use them for any future glass needs

Very disappointed.
After I contacted Pakenham Glass direct and had a long conversation explaining my glass requirements l was promised that a return call to me would be made to me and a time would be arranged for a glazier to come to my home to measure up all the windows that l would need the glass replaced in. Two weeks later and still no return phone call l therefore went to another glazier and was very happy to offer that company the large $ job. I will not be contacting Pakenham Glass again and l will not recommend them to my building industry colleagues and family or friends. Poor customer service is bad for business. I wouldn't run my company like this.
