The vet help me when my dog was sick unfortunately in the end the dog was put to sleep but all the staff there was so lovely and gave great support and they refunded my dog medications money back to me i still go with my other animals and they are fantastic

I took my dog here last week because she had been vomiting. I was very stressed and anxious but Dr Dilini calmed me down and looked at her straight away and did bloods and X-rays to check everything was ok. dr Dilini was so attentive to my dog and took the time to make sure she checked everything perfectly. This made me feel confident that my dog was ok. The price was also very good. I cannot reccomend this vet clinic any higher. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and took such great care of my dog.

Updated - Won't be going here again

Took my rabbit here to get spayed and she unfortunately died right after the surgery. The vet told me the surgery went really well but doesn't know how or why she died. She was completely healthy before she went there so there must have been a good reason. She was quite scared from the car trip, new place, strangers and loud animals however the vet didn't take this into consideration instead he pulled her out pf the carrier, give her a quick check and took her off to do the surgery not giving her a chance to calm down, which could have been the reason she died. He had apparently handled rabbits before but didn't seem to understand they are different from other animals as they are easily terrified. Although it was a horrible experience the nurses were lovely and considerate they said I didn't have to pay for the surgery and would also cover the costs to get her cremated so that I could have her ashes. The prices are very good here but price doesn't matter at the cost of a pet :(

We were seen by Dr Duncan who was thorough with his examination. My dog Buddy has shown tremendous improvement and Pecko had surgery the very same day. Prices were very reasonable and all the other staff lovely and helpful. Will be definitely using this veterinary clinic again for all my pets.

By far the best vet clinic around. The vets here are very experienced and genuinely care about the outcome of your pet's care. Reception staff are always a pleasure. Thanks to Alan and the rest of the staff for looking after my dogs Molly and Wombat.

There are vets and then there are vets. I have been going there for years and I would not take my beloved dogs anywhere else. Dr Alan and his team are just wonderful. The care and attention is fantastic. My dogs have always felt comfortable and happy when going there. If you are not sure where to take your pets I would DEFINITELY take them to Racecourse Road Vet Clinic.
