Great play area. They helped accommodate, where possible, for our dog that's scared/can be aggressive towards other dogs. We all had a great morning there for his birthday. Also great customer service - they assisted with finding the product we're after.

Always enjoy my time here with my poochie's all the staff are nice and the new indoor and out play area is a must for dog owners here you will find all your pet need and you will get a warm welcome on entering the store by all the store staff and Leanne and her assistant manager Luke (who is a great asset to the team) will go out of his way to make sure you leave with a smile on your face on every visit to this store

Discraceful manners time and time again. Spending hundreds & hundreds of dollars with no eye contact, never a please nor thank you while I AM saying them. I've complained to Head Office via phone & to someone whom appeared to be the owner. I gave up after 5 years as it's very humiliating to be treated like a peice of garbage consistently while supporting their business.

We went to the indoor pet playground today. A lovely place with poor rules. We entered this place not knowing that our two kids were not able to play with their dog. I understand that my daughter (8) may not be able to play for safety reasons but my 13 year old son is more than capable of looking after his dog. We discussed our issue with the assistant manager and she told us that she didn't make up the rules so in short term she said "Bad luck". I am very disappointed and will never return.

Staff herr are friendly and informed about a range of pets and products; always happy to help you find what you need for your pet. Regularly have sales on dog food and treats, and have products for a wide range of animals. Prices can be a little more than other stores at times

Love coming to pet stock Pakenham :-) and so does our fur baby! Always so welcoming and friendly. Great friendly staff that make you feel like part of the family and truly take an interest in the well being of our pet :-)
