Could not recommend this veterinary clinic higher. Experts in what they do. Reasonable prices exceptional customer service and compassion.

TIm is a fantastic vet who has great bedside manner with animals, compassion and he will always be honest with you about your pets care. He puts the animals welfare ahead of profit, which is how it should be. Completely recommend Tim.

Our first visit to Dr Battaglene's surgery (after a recommendation from a pet rescue helper) and we were more than impressed with his caring and the time spent with us and our little dog. It was wonderful to find a vet who genuinely cares for animals. Thank you.

Have nothing but great things to say about Tim and the girls. They were all very understanding and patient with me and my beloved old cat Boston. As his life was slowing coming to an end, over the several months before he passed and several visits and overnight stays as he needs dehydrating. Tim is a straight shooter, doesn't do unnecessary expensive test unless you want them. A true animal lover.

Am very happy with Tim and his staff. Prices very affordable. Only person who can cut my dogs nails. Other vet I use to go to wanted to sedate him to cut my dogs nails.He is a Maltese Cross. I recommend this vet 100%

Tim is a amazing vet, very knowledgeable and no BS. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and helpful and show aging care for the animals that visit. I highly recommend them

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS VET.
My experience was terrible with Tim and to be honest I'm horrified with the lack of diligence and care he showed while treating my dog, of 15 years of age that suffered a severe and violent seizure!! To say he did the bare minimum would be an understatement!
With no investigation at all, my dog was sent home with Valium, with no offer of even a simple blood test or question why/how this could be caused!
After feeling this treatment was totally inadequate, I went to another local vet, who instantly( without prior knowledge)
Asked we'll we need to work out why?
A blood test was given, which apparently would be standard in these cars showed a very high white blood cell count, which obviously isn't great, but could very possibly be responsible for his seizures! Just when I thought this situation couldn't get any worse, when I called Tim to discuss he's "treatment " of my boy, and to ask why was such a simple procedure that could provide so many answers, wasn't offered, he not only became agitated, defensive and basically, just out right rude, so rude if fact that he hung up on me!!!
I am just a person who loves their dog very much and only want to feel confident, in the medical treatment they are receiving, as I'm sure Tim would if it was his own daughter or son!!!!response / report this review -

Conflicting information. Different information was provided to me by staff. All staff need to provide the same basic information. Consistency required. However, caring and that is very important.

We have been using Tim and crew for 15+ years and cannot recommend them highly enough.
They are caring and helpful to both pets and humans.
They are always accommodating with help on the phone and fitting in appointments.
