Thanks Owner inspection, for conducting the PCI inspection on 26Th July 2023.

Ibrahim did a great job during our PCI inspection. He had identified more than 80 defects during the inspection, which my builder did agree to fix it. I will be booking them again to re-inspect.

Ty Pearson was my inspector. Currently constructing a house in Mamobourin, Victoria. He did a pretty good job identifying all the major defects in advance. I am very happy with the service. Report is received on the same day.

Had my build inspected for my PCI, and the service provided by Owner Inspections was excellent. Communication from the start when I enquired was great, everything was explained well and the price was very competitive.
I had Ty at the property and he was able to explain any questions or doubts I had, and the report was very thorough and provided on the same day. Would not hesitate to use them again!

I have been very happy with the service I have received with Owners Inspection. Des has been great with communication explaining everything in detail so we fully know what they do for us. I have booked for all stages which I find is better booking in as a whole package. We have just completed Frame stage. Reports are sent through as soon as the inspection is completed. They are thorough in their work. I would definitely recommend their services.
