  Great all round service from Kate in the office taking my online inquiry to the tow truck driver coming and picking up my Nissan. Great service highly recommended and money goes straight into bank account before they load up the car allround quality thanks again a1

  Rang around a few wreckers, all were friendly but didn’t have the part I needed; but A1 did. Got a reasonable quote, and a call back just to double check it was the right part - that’s 5 stars right there. Troy rang me the next day, as he said he would, to confirm the part was ready for pickup. Fantastic! When I turned up the part was in the office ready to go, I was there less than 5 min! And not only that Troy charged me a little less than the original quote 😀. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Troy at A1 will be the first person I call next time I need 2nd hand parts.

  My granddaughter's car was written off in an accident by another driver, once the claim was settled and the car was sold for salvage the team at A1 spare parts Sandgate were great to deal with.
  
  They paid a fair price and the money was in the account within a couple of hours.
  
  They were really great to deal with especially the business Director Davud.

  The entire process was easy.
  We gave a description of our vehicle and were given a quote. Took our vehicle in the next day, showed proof of ownership and bank a/c details. Money was transferred on the spot, keys handed over and deal was done. Staff were friendly and efficient.
