Stunning trees in a beautiful location
Zip lines through the trees was great being up high but was a little slow. The guides were good but there seemed to be a lot of waiting.

We were out there for 2 min before it pelted down. Heavily pregnant wife and 2yo with us. The rain just got heavier and we hurried back. No chance of a refund was given. $50 for a 5min walk in the mud.
There are plenty of beautiful spots in the area that can be enjoyed for free with at least as much enjoyment, let alone $25 a ticket. Go there.

What a great walk through a truly wild rainforest environment. The interpretive signs were well done and present throughout the walk. Even the treetop view was solid enough for the most fearful. Well worth the $25 fee for entry.

Really good zip lines. Good instructors who are patient with young kids and well humored. The treetop walk is an amazing structure but slight movement can be nauseating for some. You can take the treetop walk at your own pace as long as you want.

More peaceful than thrilling. Guides are fun and helpful. You feel safe at all times.
The treetop walk is included in the zipline fee. Beautiful, peaceful, majestic. Perfect place to come and contemplate nature.
Souvenir shop and cafe.
Be prepared to walk everywhere, even from the car to the tour shop.

Absolutely fantastic day out. We did the treetop walk and the fly (zip line) adventure.
The trees are beautiful, and the walk was peaceful. It's such a nice change from city living. Highly reconditioned as a family adventure or a weekend getaway.
What really made our day though, was the staff at the zip line. The staff were helpful, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. We had Andy and Kirsty, who made a great team. Kirsty was professional, passionate and reassured even the most scared of participants. Andy was a ball of energy and humour, and made every moment enjoyable.
At the end of the day we were giddy from laughing and flying through the tree tops.

Drove for hours & hours rushing to get there by 4pm, due to roadworks & traffic was 5 mins after 4pm when I arrived at the counter & they would not let us in.
Even though there were still heaps of people in there & they didn't officially shut to 5pm.
Tried explaining my situation but before I could even finish they rudely said 'no we shut at 4 on the dot', kept trying to talk to them but they wouldn't even listen to me.
Very rude staff who have no consideration for there customers.

Great place but accessibility is a problem.
If you have problems walking then first yo have to walk about 900m from the car park to the visitors centre. Down hill!
If you have a disability parking permit, there is an access road from the far end of the car park. But it's not well signposted.
For the disabled, there is a shuttle bus from the information centre to the start of the bridges but you'll need to arrange this with the ticket sale.
To walk to the fly bridges is about 1km - down hill.
I believe that the total round trip is 1.9km with a lot of down hill. And, of course, down hill also means up hill too!
And very few seats! None on the bridges at all!
Not a really happy experience for some of my less able travellers! And pretty piss-poor for anyone with ambulatory problems.

We had a great time! Billy & Dylan were our zip lining guides and they were a perfect mix of funny, knowledgeable and instructive. We felt safe the whole time and the rain didn't dampen anyone's spirit. The cafe is a great option and the free lockers were very helpful.

Great staff make for an awesome experience. I'm scared of heights however they were so considerate and accommodating. Conquered the zipline!!! Well worth it

Step back into a world that time has forgotten. Walk amongst the tree tops on elevated steel walkways and marvel at the prehistoric rain forest that surrounds you.
The walk itself is relatively easy and suitable for all ages. We spent almost 2 hrs strolling through this magical landscape, though it can be done in less than half that time.
In winter it is truly spectacular!

The zip line itself was okay, couldn't fault the service and what they offer but I somewhat expected more of a thrill, so if you're down for an easy day I'd suggest doing it but not for the $120 per person.. its a bit of an ask, lucky we didn't pay for it, also if you were thinking of paying $25 for the walk then don't..go down the road to Triplet Falls and do that walk.. its free and so much better.

This adventure is world class. The Zip Lining was brilliant fun and the hosts were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tree top walk was just as spectacular with scenic and breathtaking views. Its pricey though its an awesome way to experience the Otways!

It's a 2 km round trip walk to the tree top walk and back. If you have little children be prepared to carry them. It's downhill to the tree top walk. There are 100 steps at one point. The tree top walk itself is impressive. You are high above the ground. It shakes a bit which is concerning. There is a pretty good Cafe but avoid lunch time when every table seems booked out to a Chinese tour group and hot chips take 30 mins to make.
