If i could give this place a 0 star rating I would.
Horrible place to go waited for an hour before being told that I couldn't change my plan in the store that it had to be done on the website. I asked three different inquiries and was told that none of them could be handled in store. Very poor customer service the person that I dealt with was rude.
Long story short I'm changing provider.response / report this review -

My iPhone died on the weekend and living rural, I made the 165km trip to Gunghalin to purchase a new one on plan. To my amazement I was told they could complete the paperwork but couldn't hand over the handset until Monday morning because they "weren't authorised" to do so. Clearly they don't trust their weekend staff and have no interest in providing quality customer service. The end result and to prevent a 300+ km round trip for nothing, I walked 50m to Telstra and got a new phone! Optus you need to lift your game!!
