Onyx blinds are truly mazing. When I called to get a quote, reception took my details and said I will get a callback, i had johnny from onyx call me back within minutes and he then came within a day to take measurements and gave me a very cost efficient quote. All other companies were telling me that they will install blinds within 4 weeks , whereas onyx worked around my urgency and did it within days. Johnny and nonda from Onyx are truly amazing and i got my house done with great quality blinds. I can't thank them enough. I used them after my sister got her house blinds done a year ago and she was so happy hence she referred me

Worst customer service. Rang for a quote and they’d say they’d get back to me, waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. Rang again, said they’ll get back to me asap but still heard nothing. Avoid at all costs.
