I am so happy. I ordered the PRIME TRADITIONAL EDITION LAMINATE 2 STRIP JARRAH and has it shipped to Tasmania. There was one we pulled out of the box that had a chip on it, so for a defect rate, completely negligible. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures. And it was half the price of yuck looking ones from Bunnings anyway. Very grateful to have found this wonderful company.

I couldn't be more impressed by the Online Flooring Store. Not because everything went smoothly, but because of how they handled things that didn't! Even though my order was tiny, just flooring for a caravan, when I was initially sent the wrong colour and then the replacement order was lost by the freight company Raquel stayed on the case throughout. I couldn't fault her attitude or communication. Everything was sorted without further cost to me and with regular, honest and reassuring updates. The freight company issue wasn't any fault of the Online Flooring Store at all, yet they continued to follow through until happily my order was found and delivered. I will remember this experience and would have absolute confidence in ordering from the Online Flooring Store in the future.

Initially chatted with Clem online and quickly obtained requested quotes which was much cheaper than from local suppliers. When delivered the timber didn’t match like we had hoped even though it was the correct ordered product. Raquel went out of her way to sort things with the supplier and as a result I was able to get flooring that matched the existing wood already in the house and able to be picked up the next day. Very happy with the product, price and service all round.
