We had an new unit installed yesterday and could not be happier with the service and quality. They were responsive with emails, and the gentleman was on time to install the unit. The tradesman was very neat and tidy and did not leave any mess behind. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service by Snap. I contacted for a quote on provide and install of two 2.5 Daikin split systems for bedrooms. From the time I enquired online, I was contacted smartly, quoted, and booked in. The first system was installed within a week. I wasn’t sure where the second could go, due to room configuration. The installer had a look at it, and pointed out a location that I didn’t think was possible. They came back in a week and installed the second system without any hiccups. They were really professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend. Communication with Snap was seamless.

Snap was excellent from start to finish. We used them for a split system install. They were prompt in getting us a quote (and didn’t charge for it like some of their competitors!), their installers were on time, friendly and tidy and the aircon works perfectly!

Great price and Great service. I got an existing split system replaced and a second new system installed. Of all the quotes I got Snap Air provide the best price.
Cannot fault their customer services from Office to Installers.
Installers arrived on schedule and did a clean, professional and efficient job.
