The Location is great and the staff were friendly and that's all I can say that is nice about this place. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment which was not ready for the 2pm check in, and when we finally got to our room it was really dirty. Carpet needed vacuuming, everything was dusty, the sofa was full of crumbs, the kitchen was dirty, but worst of all was to find both of the bathrooms filthy! So filthy (pubic hair on the toilet seats & faeces in the toilet bowls) that I had to go to Woolworths and buy cleaning products and then spent the next hour cleaning the whole apartment, what a great start to a long weekend! I emailed the Oaks lure once I got home with no response, I will definitely not return to this place.

Terrible. Not clean. Showers leak all over floor. Walls paper-thin. Our neighbors were fighting called night manager who did nothing we left and stayed elsewhere. Management won't refund or return calls or emails.

This was an okay stay. The room was a bit dusty. The A.C. remote and t.v. remote was dusty. There was no mini bar in the fridge like water where I found it a bit odd. There was no room service where the beds were made for you with new sheets everyday not new towels were provided. My husband and I both had rashes and itchy marks and skin, I think there were bed bugs, which is not a good sign. The room provided to us had an extra door which was locked. I think this door led to another room. I didn't like this as we heard people from next door and it was not comfortable as I kept thinking someone was going to come into our room. The bathroom shower, when you shower the watee flowed out, this could be hazardous. If you have a lowered car I recommend not to park in their car park. We ended parking our car in the street as its too steep. Overall it's located near the city and to the marina and staff were friendly.

Great location close to shops and marina. Rooms are very spacious and cool with aircon. Service nonexistent but was not needed.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom split level apartment. It was huge!!! The apartment is very modern and there is a small courtyard if you want to eat or drink outside. There is a lot of privacy of you want to stay with friends. It's a little bit further from the marina but it's very quiet. For those who stay longer there is a laundry. The 30 minutes of free wifi per day is a bit miserly. We will be back.
