The fridge was hidden in a cupboard with no ventilation so that is a fire hazard. A window latch was falling off. An arm was broken on the outdoor setting. Rooms were made up incorrectly - there was no way my two teenagers were going to share a bed. When that was fixed housekeeping took one of our pillow cases away. As usual in Accor facilities curtains did not allow for a sleep in.

Amazing place to stay. The rooms and estate is beautifully keeped . Lots do and see in the Hunter Valley can't wait to come again

One bedroom apartment and put in disabled apartment. Half shower curtain with water everywhere on floor.Very basic apartment that probably doesnt match price paid.Will be looking elsewhere next visit

Stayed for 3 nights and very well enjoyed it. The apartments are clean spacious and modern. We got the apartment that is at the end of the complex and the view to the bushes from the large windows was magnificent. We also enjoyed the heated swimming pool (early August!). Only 'negative' that I can say is that they gave us 700 MB vouchers to use the internet, which the kids consumed almost immediately after watching a few you tube videos. On the other hand maybe it was for the better, since it made the kids do other things and we all enjoyed our holiday.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. Lovely warm fire, great kitchen and a peaceful and quite area to stay. Truly loved it and would gladly stay there again.

Well located close to the centre of Pokolbin without being too close. Clean and well equiped apartments, settled within the manicured gardens you would expect from a quality golf course.
