Friendly, courteous, and efficient. First and foremost, they responded to my request. I had made several other requests to other plumbing services which either did not respond to my call, or failed to attend at the appointed time. O'Brien's arrived on time with equipment to find the leak, which was discovered quite quickly, given that it was quite small and hidden a metre below the surface. Repairs were effected quickly and reasonably efficiently, and the site was cleaned up.

We had a great experience with O’Brien. Peter was very quick with getting the ball rolling and everything ran very smoothly. There communication is excellent, and went over and above organising repairs to the bathroom that weren’t plumbing related. Highly recommend.
