Craig the owner was very prompt to answer the call of a busted Hot Water system, organised a new one and we had hot water the next day - Harley came to do the install and was great. Polite efficient and used great initiative and communication. I highly recommend Harley and Commend Craig on running a super Small Business here on the Sunshine Coast.

I had an urgent service required on a hot water system. Craig efficiently
identified the issues which he was able to communicate to me clearly in laymans terms. Ultimately, a new hot water system was required.
Dean was able to attend the following day and install the new system.
The team at Taps R Us are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The pricing was also very competitive. I appreciated their ability to attend to the job so quickly and also to be on time! Highly recommended!

You realise just how much you rely on hot water the moment your hot water system blows up. I contacted Taps R Us late on a Friday afternoon and after speaking with Craig he made some calls, shuffled some work and as he promised the Team turned up within the half hour. No sooner had they arrived that they were dismantling the existing system and rigging up the new. Their electrician turned up just when needed and in no time the water was on and the old system taken away. Not much more to say than very professional. Can't think of anything that could have been done better. Remarkable service. Thanks.
