McDonalds Keilor Park Drive is an excellent place to grab a snack, or drink on the way home before hitting the freeway. The place is always clean and the staff perform their roles well and orders received are the same as requested which is in large part due to efficient training and mentoring by supervisors and management. Yep, they run an efficient operation and that's why l keep calling in after completion of my shift working at the airport.

Best air-conditioned McDonald's anywhere in the country. Very safe as it always has customs offices from the airport have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Not as busy as others and feels quiet.

I usually order a cappuccino with a double shot through the drive through and on multiple occasions i get the wrong order. I'm not sure if their definition of a strong coffee is an extra weak flat white. Even worse when they don't believe you or insist you pay for another one.

Been through a few times but just an average Maccas overall. Local rev heads made it look worse from the outside than what it really is. Would go back when desperate for a feed before work.

Ok for a Maccas, a regular work lunch food grab, so time is often important. I have had several drive through order incorrect, but other than that the food has been fresh and service quick.

Poor morning service for just getting coffee
Drive-through was a priority over walk-in which made us late for football at the grounds behind. Partner was able to fill up car at petrol station next door and still waited over 5 minutes in car park for me to come out with order.

Cold chips, cold quarter pounder burger and hardly any sauce. Had to ask for the kids toy in their happy meals as they were forgotten. Poor experience.

What a shocking McDonalds store. Upon our arrival this afternoon. All the empty tables had rubbish on them. The floors were full of food chips bits of burger wrapping etc. and overall just dirty. Won't be goinf back to this store. We chose this store because its a fairly new store and we expected better. Our food took some time to get to us..staff were not efficient..just needs someone from management to sort it out quickly..

This store's performance is quite inconsistent, on multiple occasions I have had to make contact with the store in regards to mixed orders etc. I understand that the store operates 24 hours per day but this doesn't excuse poor service or product quality.
