Lovely experience from beginning to end! Staff very helpful, listen to you with what you like and don’t like when you start to try on a few dresses, and there was a large selection/variety of dresses. Payment, pick up and drop off process was easy. Would definitely hire from here again. I felt beautiful for my ball thanks to these helpful ladies at MSB. Got lots of compliments on the dress.

OMG if you need a ball dress this is the place to go. Kate and Kylie had amazing customer service and had an amazing selection of dresses to chose from. From the moment you walk through the door, you are made to feel welcome. Kylie knew straight away what dresses and colours would suit me. I cannot thank Kylie and Kate enough for everything they did for me today. Cannot wait to pick up my beautiful dress. Cannot recommend them enough .

Wow! This place has the most amazing selection of dresses! Kylie was really lovely, very good at what she does, knows where all the dresses are (!!), very kind and helpful, and above all made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend My Sister's Boudoir.

The best hiring place in WA! The moment you walk in you get greeted by such wonderful staff, who takes time to help you find the best dress that suits you. The quality and options of the dresses were amazing!! Loved it , definitely coming back!

Amazing! From the minute you walk in the store you are greeted by the most lovely women that are so willing to help anyway they can. I was so relieved when I found a dress as I had been to a few dress hire shops and couldn’t find anything. The service is impeccable and they make you feel so comfortable! They also have dresses for every size which is rare to find. Thank you so much for helping me find my dress ☺️

When you first step through the door both the ladies greet you with a massive smile and welcome!
MSB has some amazing dresses from petite up to a size 14 which is something that a lot of other boutiques dont offer. Another thing that is unique to this boutique is their absolutely amazing customer service. The ladies that run the store give honest opinions and hype you up so so much that the whole process of trying the dresses on was super fun (even though I dont usually enjoy shopping). Not only that but they were very open to any alterations that the dresses i was trying on needed. One very notable moment was when I let Kellie know that I wasn't very comfortable leaving the dressing room to look in the mirror as there were other customers in the store and she very discretely moved some clothing racks around so that I could use half of the mirror and not be seen by others. Amazing atmosphere, team, and dresses!!

I’m reading the small number of reviews that have smashed My Sisters Boudoir for poor service, rude staff and the condition of dresses. Don’t be fooled.

In the last year the business has moved to Joondalup and has almost totally completely new stock - it just hasn’t made it to the website - don’t judge a book by the cover, or by outdated reviews.

The selection of dresses for both the petite and the curvier girls is amazing.

The stylists know their dresses, they know what looks amazing on each shape, size and complexion. AND your individual personality will always be a priority when selecting dresses.

Appointments may last as long as 2 hours where you will be taken on a memorable and most enjoyable journey.

If in doubt on account of the reviews from 3 years ago I recommend you make an appointment and see for yourself.

Allow yourself plenty of time to have some fun while finding the dress that makes you smile all the way from the heart.

I personally can’t thank Kylie, Eline and Natalia enough for being so genuinely invested in my needs.

The staff were so helpful and so friendly. They chose the dresses they thought would look nice and gave them to me to try on which was EXTREMELY helpful since i had no idea what i had in mind. If i could rate it any higher i would! If you’re thinking about going here definitely do it, i can’t recommend it enough!!
