  Absolutely Fantastic Builder - Every Aspect!
  
  The entire team at MyHomes WA / Vespoli has been fantastic!
  
  I have experienced the building process with many builders in Perth over the years, and My Homes WA has been the stand out by far. Comparing previous builds completed with the big sausage factory buiders you can certainly tell the difference in the fine details and quality of staff. I designed my own house plan for my 2 acre rural property very last minute in November, contracts were prepared accurately, quickly and on time to ensure I would be eligible for the building grants by end December. MyHomes were very open to all of our requests in my custom design, such as raking ceilings, feature piers, complete custom kitchen. They were open to owner earthworks and septics and they were happy to special order certain appliances and tapware which we specifically wanted. Everything was a Yes! from MyHomes vs previous builders like to make everything difficult to change or stray from their "standard inclusions". MyHomes pricing was very competitive, and comparing building materials and inclusions are of a high quality which seems to be their focus. All rural planning permits, septic permits and building permits were handled with ease which is where most builders drag their feet or drop the ball. Very quick to get to construction. I met the construction manager on site when our slab was being poured, he is an absolute wealth of knowledge and were ensuring the trades were building to the correct engineers detail - great to see the head of construction out and on-site with the tradies. We receive regular updates from the office to let us know what is happening on site, and so far they have been much much quicker vs other people I know that are currently building in this boom.
  
  Honestly I can't thank Vespoli / My Homes WA enough for all of their hard work. Keep up the amazing customer service : You are my builder of choice for life! :)

  Do yourself a favour as you will never find a better place than My Homes WA, professional very friendly and they make sure that you make the right choice on the house you want. I will use them over and over again.

  Great builder, great communication and great building quality, loving my new home. Only thing that is a bit disappointing is the salesman promised a dishwasher in the beginning but then he left the company and we never received the dishwasher in the end after several chasing with the salesman. But Jon from Myhomes WA reached out to me and helped me on this issue and I am really happy with choosing my homes WA.
