good b&b , nice friendly couple , nice spacious room , clean , close walking distance to restaurants and shops and beach across the road and a lovely garden at the back.
The few things that were lacking are : no wifi , road is noisy which is just outside of b&b, and they should have a do not disturb signs for rooms as they walked in when I was in the shower! also website needs updating otherwise greatresponse / report this review -

Lovely place!
The host was very nice, welcoming us with a cheese and fruit plater, then in the morning greeting up with fresh muffins!
The bed was comfy and the spa was lovely.
One downfall is the room needs a couch instead of 2 single chairs.response / report this review -

Mount Martha B & B was absolutely disgusting. The stench from the mould in Suite 3 was unbearable to the point where it was impossible to sleep throughout the night .My son was forced to leave the room & sleep on the couch in the lounge room. The owners would not admit responsibility and their customer service is non existant. Basic necessities such as a box of tissues were not there and there was a sign that read ' Biscuits with our compliments' of which there were none. My husband had to leave the next day at 7:00am, but they refused to provide him with a cooked breakfast at this time, even though we were still charged for it.These people are in the wrong business

Stayed here recently. It was pleasant. Lovely and close to the beach.
