Great place on the Goulburn river.

May be hard to find a grassy spot for the tent if it gets busy (but still possible). In all other aspects just an amazing free camping. Short walk to a river canyon nearby.

Great spot to camp, quiet due to nature of the sight. Mostly dirt areas best suited to caravans but dose have some spots round the edges great for tents. Short walk to river. It dose have a campfire picture with a red circle and line through it but we checked with the people in Alexandra Parks Victoria and CFA and they said it was fine to have them. Only 6 minuets from main street Alexandra so really hamdy. Had reception too

Really good camp spot. Long drop toilet. Firewood supplied large area lots of room close to Benalla

Not sure what people expect for free. Is a dirt carpark camping area suited to caravans. Short walk down to the river and large grass areas for tents. Drop toilet available.

Nice and quiet free place. Enough grass patches for a small and a cute clean wooden toilet.

Some nice walks around the area, but a terrible spot for camping. It's just a dirt carpark.
