Big selection of toys and friendly, helpful staff~ I didn't realise there were so many different monopoly game boards until I came here~

Very helpful staff! I was searching for a specific funko pop and their friendly staff helped me find one from another local Mr toys. Extremely happy with their customer service and the shop is always merchandise perfectly for an easy shopping experience.

There were at least 5 staff running around putting stock away but none of them offered to help or even said hi. One of them was even frustrated when they couldn't get the ladder past my kids so they could get their stock. Great for buying toys but some customer care training wouldn't go astray. Especially when shopping online is becoming so easy.

Fantastic customer experience. Several months ago my dd lost her favorite plush toy. We are from VIC and this shop was the only place I could find it in Oz (it was an old toy). Full of hope, I called in and the lady was extremely helpful - she went to locate the exact variant I was after on their shelves, packaged it, sent to their online distribution center which later on got in touch with me and shipped the toy.
