  Fantastic service from the folks at TJM Cairns - they noticed a problem with our two year old TJM suspension a couple of days ago when checking something else and, as we are currently doing the Big Lap of Australia and were due to leave Cairns today, they rearranged their very full workshop schedule so that they could investigate and fix the problem today. Many thanks guys - very much appreciated!!

  Walked in stood at counter in full view of staff. Never even acnowledged me
  Walked out after 5 minuites. Will spend my $500+ some where else. No point having a sale if you wont serve your customers.

  Very good service, helpful with figuring out roof racks for a Rav4 Edge and gave good advice on bar lengths etc. Got a quote and said I was going to shop around but came back as it was the best setup for me. They held the parts aside and I had changed my mind for a wider bar which they matched the price on. Great service, would visit again.
