Used to be fantastic, recently have become inedible. Icing thin and weird tasting, fillings near non-existent and flavourless and even the donut dough seems less fresh. Whatever changed is going to sink them instead of saving them money.

They all used to be awesome.
Now the icing is horrible, thin and tasteless. The custard filled are also just as bad. Who ever has done this should be fired. Not going to ever buy any product from them again.response / report this review -

Not here to join the argument of taste of Donuts. I love their Apple Cinnamon muffins!
Just want to share my experiences with the services. Visited the shop first time in my life. Olga (forgive me if spell wrong) was very very friendly and explained their products and what other services they can provide. At the same time, every clients walked out with boxes of donuts and muffins : )

Very disappointed! These were my favourites, but not anymore. They’re now my least favourite. What happened to the nice icing?? It tastes horrible now. Bought a packet of 4 and only 1 had jam, not to also mention the portion sizes have been drastically reduced. I miss the old mr donut. Won’t be buying again.

What have you done? I loved the nostalgic 1980's taste. Your donuts were exact replicas of my primary school tuck shop offering.
Your recent changes have ruined these donuts and they now taste horrible with weird icing and next to no filling.
You should fire whoever allowed this to happen.response / report this review
