The mould fighting musketeers from Mould Removal Australia, Emanuel, Shane & Harley, came and did an outstanding job at home. The place looks so good, the paint job we thought was needed, now no longer is needed! Seriously?! Yes, that’s how good a job they did. Highly, highly recommend.

Emanuel and Shaun did a great job of some very mouldy ceilings in my Mum’s house. Efficient, communicative and most importantly the final result was impressive. Honestly looks like the ceiling was painted bright white again. Thanks for your fantastic efforts.

Mould Removal Australia did a fantastic job at removing widespread mould on my ceiling (I had tried to get rid of it myself multiple times, with great difficulty and average results).

Their service representative was friendly and super fast. There was a smell from the treatment so the room needed a bit of airing, but it's so worth it. Several months in and no sign of reappearance of mould at all!

Our Mould technician JR was fantastic. He was on time, friendly and quick to get the job done. I would give him 5 stars.

The reason I have dropped the rating is because the online customer service team isn't great. Their phone number automatically hangs up on you and didn't find their email staff to be very friendly or easy. However, I knew this would be the case by reading other Google reviews which said the same.

They did a good job removing the mould, but the report made a lot of assumptions. When I contacted Mould Removal, they wouldn't discuss the report with me, because, I'm renting the house and they're "not authorised to discuss the report" . I'm the one living in the house. Not good enough.

I am extremely grateful to the team at Mould Removal Australia they were helpful, understanding, knowledgable and professional. My Mother and myself have recently rented an apartment with contaminated carpet which has caused her to be very ill. From start to finish I could not say anything negative about this company.
The communication is excellent and service is prompt. Steve came to do an inspection report and showed his professionalism and knowledge. He gives you the facts and also the strategies to keep the mould from returning. JR came this morning to remove the mould. He did an excellent job, without any fuss. Now our bathrooms look brand new, without the mould.
I chose this company on the internet due to the excellent ratings and non-emotive advertising. The price was more competitive than other companies as well.
