  This mini villa resort has been a favorite Peninsula fixture for locals and city slickers alike for years, literally a stones throw away from the local shops and restaurants and a 1 min walk to the beach, this place has everything you need for a weekend or over night seaside getaway.
  
  The owners are friendly and more than happy to help and suggest local eateries, and landmarks to visit, and also you are close enough to everything in walking distance in the main district of Rye, with the local grocery 30 second walk and since all the apartments have mini kitchenettes they are convenient for the many holiday makers that come down from Dec- April period
  
  You will love it here, defintley recommend.

  Nice rooms with good amenities, including a spa bath. Heated swimming pool and spa outside. Right in the centre of Rye.

  Great location only small walk across a road to the beach and shops. Great room and service. We love the heated pool, so nice and warm. Will definitely be back.
