  Came into momento magico florists for some flowers didn't know much about the arrangements. At first service was nice and you suggested roses but i said they were to common. When i asked for more help you said i have things to do then i heard you out the back yelling at one of your staff to come help me. I decided to go to the willow branch instead where they had friendly service and a nice warm environment.

  Wonderful people to deal with. They were able to help out with my order in short notice. Quick to reply to emails and questions (even with the time zone difference - Canada). The products were as advertised and the recipient loved them. If you want to deal with a friendly, customer-oriented business, this is definitely one of them.

  I have been using Momento Magico for many years and highly recommend their excellent service. They are always helpful and friendly and put in extra effort to ensure my Mum's flowers are beautiful and on time.
