Stunning food, impeccable service and quite well priced for the quality and quantity of food! Very comfortable venue, friendly and knowledgeable waiters, clean toilets, it was all perfect! Loved it!

Great place and lovely people working there!

We had an awesome dinner there with some good wine (guys offer a great selection).

Unfortunately we managed to forget some belongings there. Staff responded fast to us and helped us to get it back.

Wondering around Ballarat following a self guided ‘ghost tour’ (ghost images of old heritage signage on walls) we stumble upon this really really cool venue. As soon as you walk in you known your are in somewhere special, this place rocks. Great wines and a good menu (although we only had deserts so can’t comment on the meals). Such a cool vibe and one to revisit for sure 💯% 💥.

We went to Mitchell Harris Wines for a late lunch and ordered the $45 Bar Graze and a dessert of cheesecake and a brownie to finish of. Everything that we had on the set menu was executed into perfection! It was delicious, the plating of the brownie and also the cheesecake was clean and elegant. Only negative is that we won't be able to comeback anytime soon as we're from Adelaide. Wish we have it here.

On our way out, we sent our compliments and thanks to the person in the kitchen named Neil and he was so enthusiastic and a fun person to talk to. Will come back for a stop over on our next long drive!

Love this place. Have been twice this week and both times really impressed.
Great wine selection backed up by delicious tapas style meals. The Mitchell Harris Sabre Sparkling and the roasted cauliflower are must haves. Congratulations to all involved. Brilliant.

My partner and I have attended many wine tasting classes, but first taste was superior to any other. John's knowledge was so vast and his passion for wine making is contagious. This class was refreshingly easy to understand, the food and service was delightful. Highly recommend the first taste class for anyone who is interested, it is a gateway to the world of wine.

Nice place. I've been a few times and always enjoyed myself with mates and family. My only issue with Mitchell Harris is a few of the staff came across cantankerous and arrogant. Coming from Melbourne these types of bars are a dime a dozen but because they seem to be the only one of its kind in Ballarat the staff are slightly egotistical, which is a shame. Staff are the ambassadors of the bar and it sucks when your uni student, weekend workers are walking around like they invented the man bun.
