$8.00 for a pint of coke that was flat should I add.
A cheese platter that states it comes with 3 cheese but I got 2.
Had been before and always enjoyed it but after today I wont be back.
The service was terrible.

One of only a few places where you can actually have a beer at the bar and a chat with a real publican. Great meals and brilliant service every time we have been. Best Parma and steak around!

Nice atmosphere, Quality of food has declined. Used to be quite good considering it is on the pricier side. Now food quality is down and relatively bland. Pity because it used to be good.

Excellent spacious room, lots of furniture, good view, big fridge and good food in the next door pub - well worth the price . we'd stay here again also nice being near the lake

They don't know how to make an iced coffee. Service was poor. And at first half the table got their food, once finished our food the second half of the table was served minus one person. Then they were served about 20 mins later. When we complained City Oval Hotel said it wasn't their fault and didn't accept the mistake. So bad.

The food was quite good once it arrived.
4 out of 14 orders arrived as the rest were finishing their meals.
1 meal was missed completely.
Had to argue with the gentleman for a refund on it as it arrived when everyone else had finished.
It wasn't an especially busy night

Had our wedding reception there, the staff were amazing the food was amazing and with up to 90 of our guests all saying the same thing, I would recommend this place to anyone.
