failed to fix/diagnose my car after paying $2400 all I get is just what I want to hear, I had to go back 11 times to the workshop. always making invalid excuses for the faulty repairs and asking for extra money!! very disappointed and currently taking it to court because my car has not been fixed!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Not that great at all, kept on getting my cars fault mixed up with someone elses. at the end of each day the guy would ring me and say "all fixed and ready to go' but when i drive off, still the same problem just minus loads of cash from my wallet! so only saying what i wanted to hear and not fixing the problem, disappointing.

This is the first time I've used Mr Brakes for my car & their service has been highly commendable. From distinguishing who I was from the moment I walked in and talking to me about one of the problems I had mentioned upon booking my car in, I was impressed. Upon picking my car up, not only did they carry out the changing of breaks and a car service, they took the time to point out things to me on my vehicle that need further maintenance. I left feeling really impressed by their customer service & professionalism. Highly recommend for any European vehicle owners like myself that need a closer mechanic to home with all the diagnostics opposed to driving to Melbourne or Geelong.
