A well known and respected mechanical business in Western Australia. Has been in service for many, many years and always completes a great job on your car. I have been a client now since inception and would never consider going elsewhere.

Had to put my car in for a diagnostic and the staff were extremely polite and understanding. They went above and beyond to list every single alternative for my situation but most of all they gave me an honest assessment.
I was a first time customer and not a regular so there was no reason for them to go out of their way to give me extra service and yet it feels like they did.

I normally don't post good reviews for businesses unless I'm blown away, so here goes.
I've dealt with Chris and his team twice so far. Very courteous and knowledgeable front office staff, and Chris is always forthcoming with willing assistance and sound advice. Outstanding communication! They treated my mum very well, and it's an environment where I feel taken care of and looked after, unlike other garages I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Whilst irksome, what signifies a trusted garage is the difficulty to book an appointment at the time you want because they are alway choc-a-block with customers. But at the same time, this gives me peace of mind. It can be inconvenient to leave your car there all day or even just a few hours, but this is common with all independent mechanics anyway. Dealers offer loan cars, but does this make up for their dodgy workmanship and extortionate costs? So far, you've won a loyal customer so please keep up the great work!

I found Midland Autoplus to be very honest, thorough and have set the bar very high for customer service. Would not take my car anywhere else! Cheers to Chris and the team!

To book in with these guys they can't even give you a time frame. One week or next year would be appreciated next time. Don't worry had my car booked that very day with another business just around the corner

Could not ask for better customer service! Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Chris and the team are thorough and you get the feeling they treat your car like their own. When it comes time to explain causes of issues and the work they've done they make sure you leave fully understanding what they have said. 10/10

Chris & his Team have always been professional, friendly, helpful and informative - and, dare I say it about a mechanic, honest!! lol 😊
I have had a fair bit of work done to my car(s) here over the last few months (brakes, new radiator, door locks, electric brakes, service) and I have left feeling very confident that I paid a fair price for work done to the standard one would expect (quite the rarity now-a-days - I know because I had previously utilised other auto services in the recent past who I have been less than impressed with!). Worst bunch out there. Supplied and fitted recon motor as they couldn't figure out what was wrong with previous one only to have me bring new motor back time and time again to keep putting it in and out and charge me Thing never ran right till I ripped this apparent new motor out and replaced it with one out of a 200 dollar 💵 bunky.
Smooth sailing after that.

Best mechanics and all-round service I've dealt with in all of Perth! These guys are down-to-earth, hard-working, friendly and honest and I cannot recommend them enough! When we were living in Perth we had all our cars serviced and repaired there. Never had any issues apart from one time when a faulty wheel hub was installed. By the time we noticed it we were already 250kms away. We contacted Chris and he immediately got on the phone with the mechanic where we were staying and covered the bill for replacing the hub with a new one. Turned out the one he installed in the first place was faulty from manufacture so not really his fault. I trust these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a fair price!
