I accidentally over ordered a part (asked for three of an item, instead of two) and emailed the returns team advising of my mistake (after the payment had been made). I got an email back to say ‘no problems’, was refunded promptly and the order arrived as promised. Easy, no fuss, all communications were excellent. Thanks team.

An electrical fire broke out due to faulty wiring these employees did, took it to them and they said it was covered under warranty and would be contacted with a quote if anything wasn't. Was not contacted, they said they took it apart, fixed it and want to charge for it. Contacted them several times, spoke to the manger who said it wasn't their fault they did the wiring wrong. Said they didn't have any proof of who completed the wiring, asked them to look at the security cameras, the manager said it didn't go back more than 2 weeks so they couldn't. They said we must pay or they will take it apart, give us the burnt broken pieces. Very disappointing, will be contacting fair trading.

Worst experience ever in my 55 yrs of living, Have dealt with overseas suppliers better and quicker than these LOCAL suppliers
Over a dozen phone calls and everyone rings out, is no one answering..
Send a email they say, problem is the email is wrong..
4 weeks to get an essential part for my pool and still nothing,yet spoke to the suppliers and they say they have them available in Sydney,and I’m in Newcastle .

Order never turned up.. customer service never returned emails and then after 2 months they finally send a email stating it was lost and would be another month. For the small amount saved buy locally.. we had yo wait all this time for the tiling around our pool just because these people have no customer service.

Terrible service- Paid for an on line order for urgent pump replacement. After the order wasn't delivered as expected over a week later, it turns out they didn't even have the pump in stock! I was then told it would definitely be in stock within the next day. I had to chase them again 2 days later and it still hadn't been sent. I urgently needed the replacement pump but they didn't bother to even tell me at the time of ordering that they didn't have it in stock!.
To top it off they questioned my credit card payment. I had to go through statements to prove the purchase because of an "accounting error" at their end.response / report this review -

Excellent service and advice. Needed a new pool pump. Was given some advice on the most likely problem with the old one and indicated they would be happy to have a look at it for me rather than buy a new one. Bought a new pump anyway which they recommended based on pool size, throughput etc. Would go back if I had any more questions about pool equipment.

I ordered a solar cover 15 round.Come to find out they sub alot of there Orders to other pool companys.The company who sent me the wrong pool cover is DOHENYS in wisconsin..When i called them to tell them they sent the wrong size solar pool cover.They were rude and nasty.DO NOT ORDER DROM THEM CAUSE THIS WILL HAPPEN TO U.called pool supplies said they would call me back to help me out which they never did.when they get ur money they don't care and pool supplies has to have the cheapest chemicals that dissolve so fast and do not keep the pool clean
