Incredible view from room 62nd floor. Five night stay with family and friends. Hotel staff were very helpful. Swimming pool on the 61st floor was was great, with views of all of Sydney.

We heard many great things about the Merton suites, therefore we booked a 3 bedroom suite ($1200 plus per night) stay for my business clients and myself on a Saturday night. Truth Is, the view was amazing however we had issues with our main bathroom, toilet was not flushing and bugs all over the bathroom. I'd never expect this from such a reputable 5 star stay. I travel many times every year and I have to say im outraged how terrible this experience was. 6 of us, took showers elsewhere because none of us wanted bugs crawling on us while we shower. Guess what? This isn't the only issue! Obviously, being a Saturday night, having good private conversation, some light alcoholic drinks and have medium noise level conversations.. Our room phone calls and makes false accusations saying why were having a party and why our tv is so loud and they basically kicked the door down to outrageously do headcount, we then had no choice but to give them permission as security searched our whole place and also checking rooms and closets. Still upset over this till now.. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend this!

This place is an experience of the best kind. Views that will take your breath away. The service is brilliant, special thanks to Corey, Sophie and Nick, but all staff were helpful and always there to help. It was a working holiday and so we enjoyed the wifi, the views, the pool to relax and nearby restaurants. Just amazing and an inspiring and convenient place to do business. Our suite is like something out of a vogue magazine, spacious and oppulent with views out every window. Me and my husband were absolutely spoilt. Will not be able to erase the memories of this amazing place anytime soon.

Stayed here in 2005. Blew all of us away. Still has amazing views to this day, notwithstanding the business.

Stayed on the 74th floor in a 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely nice and comfortable. The ocean view while technically had ocean was unfortunately not the harbour side we were expecting but the view was spectacular nevertheless as the building is so high. Overnight parking is pretty expensive at $48

Very nice apartment and very spacious. The reception was nice too. But if you are planning to stay overnight and be rowdy and drink Good luck! The security is strict but in all fairness, everyone is just doing their job for the fairness of all guests. I would definitely come back despite of that.

The location is conveniently located in the middle of everything. The view from the floor above 70 was spectacular, both day and night. The room wasn't particularly extravagant but was still very enjoyable.

We visited mertion world tower for one night for a friends 21st birthday party. We requested beforehand that the main bedroom should have the beds separated into 2 single beds instead of a single queen bed but that was fixed by a phone call. Overall the night was very enjoyable and we would stay there again.

The room was nice and large and very spacious. The views were spectacular from our corner room and were very clean when we arrived. The location was also really good as it was less than 10 minutes walk from both museum and town Hall stations. All in all the experience was great.

Very nice hotel. Staff are always friendly and the apartments are kept incredibly well. I'd recommend Meriton to anyone staying in Sydney. The only feedback I'd like to give is, smokers smoke like chimneys right out the front of the hotel. The strong smell of cigarette wafts it's really infuriating. Surely the security can woo away smokers since there is a clear no smoking sign.

Having had the opportunity to stay at many properties over the last 30 years including the USA, the UK, Europe, Asia and throughout Australia, it is with some experience I feel confident in saying that your property and staff are second to none. Every staff member we had contact with, whether during the booking of the accommodation or the checking in / out process were very professional. Without exception we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner by all. The accommodation itself was perfect, very comfortable well designed and suitably appointed, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you.
