I have been ordering supplies from Medshop for over 4 years with an approx value of $300k at least spent during that time. There have been a few hiccups if i put in a rushed order but that is my fault for not ordering ahead. If they could improve their urgent orders process = would have received 5 stars. However for orders that are not needed the same or next day = they are BRILLIANT! And strong praise has to go to our account contact = Amy! She is brilliant!!

Seemed easy to deal with. Bought 3 stethoscopes (for myself + 2 friends, haven't had a problem). As a purchaser I don't like how GST is not included on items, and only is given to you at the very last stage - just a heads up to prospective purchasers.

Now dealing with them on a sponsorship level, and easy communication. On occasion takes longer than day or two to get back up us - but totally acceptable in these busy times.

I bought an ipad cover for a dermatoscope. They sent me one for the model released in early 2000s which was not stated in the catalog. When I complained that I assumed they are selling current models they said they have the right to sell any model. Be careful of this store.

Absolutely incompetent.. 3 weeks no delivery. They cant seem to tell you when their courier will turn up either.. been sitting here waiting for a massage table for 3 weeks

ordered an otoscope 20 days ago paid a surcharge for express posting. after waiting for 10 days called and they said they are going to send it . as did not arrive they again said it is not dispatched. saying you just paid 2 dollars extra for express. If you need something that is time sensitive they don't seem to be the right vendor.

Tried to do a return. Not an easy process and when you phone up they are not very helpful. Sounds like they don't know what they are doing admin wise. Goods do always arrive in good time and all correct though.
