I have being a patient for over 20 years now. My operation was a complicated one but the doctor was professional enough that he was able to fix it. He is the reason that I had recommend other patient to him and the reason I had gone back to him for check up every year.
The staff are all friendly and very patience. I know the wait time is challenging to handle but I felt reassured that I'm in good hand. To me eyes are very important so I want someone I can trust to look after it. Thank you Dr. Stasiuk.response / report this review -

All staff very friendly and professional. Yes - you may have to wait a bit - but bring a book people! Or listen to a podcast. It just means that when required they take extra time needed. You appreciate it if you are the patient that needs the extra time. You can't have it both ways.

Dr's are lovely and did a great job. The staff communication is appalling there hasnt been one appointment that has gone to plan. Lack of responsibilty is really disappointing. I would never recommend. Also the whole procedure wasnt explained was just brushed over that all will be ok in a couple of days it was so much more than we thought. Not good enough when you pay $2500 per eye

They do a great job of looking after your eyes here but there is a huge problem with their wait times.
You of course ensure that you are on time for your appointment, in fact, as you are aware that time is precious you arrive a few minutes early.
No matter, you are left waiting for over 2 hours on this occasion!
Something must have gone wrong you tell yourself but no, the trouble is, it has been well in excess of an hours wait on your previous 3 visits.
IF I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I EXPECT NO MORE THAN A 30 MINUTES WAIT PEOPLE!
