Clean your restaurant. When you serve the food make sure your cup's and glasses are clean. Floors are so dirty and all the dust. Really unorganized. Really disappointed.

Good Customer service will take me back to any place I visit, even if the food is average. This place though, probably has the worst customer service I’ve experienced, such a shame because we really enjoyed their butter chicken (just like nz). Way over priced @ $17 for butter chicken only, and $3 for a less than decent sized plain nan. No thanks! First and last time going here

Food was warm when served.

Food was not tasty at all. The Butter Chicken was bland and sauce was extremely runny, the Garlic Cheese Naan was also very bland- seemed like no garlic and barely any cheese was used. Definitely not worth the price.
Customer service was extremely poor. Was ignored when I entered (well, got a brief glance first) and the two ladies behind the counter just continued a conversation between each other. They eventually looked over (almost five minutes later) and one asked ‘yes?’, I said I was picking up an order, they passed the bag over the counter and then walked away without another word or glance. I was literally the only customer in there and closing time was not for another 3hrs so what excuse is there for the poor service?response / report this review -

We orderd butter chicken and it was disgusting the sauce was runny and the dish was way to sweet I asked for one spicy one normal they were both the same the garlic cheese naan and roti were under cooked and foul never again will I ever waste my money here not even the homeless would eat this junk

I have never experienced such bad service. I walked in to order and the lady was sitting down eating her dinner on the other side of the counter to where I had to oder. She did not get up when she saw me. She looked at me and didn't say anything. I had to say to her "I'd like to order please". She eventually got up to take my payment.
We have called to place an order few times for a food pick up as we live far away and they never seem to make our food until we get there. It's very frustrating to have to wait so long when you have kids with you.
The food is nice but really is that enough when the service is so bad??response / report this review -

This little place suprises the palate. Princess Niesha's cooking exceeds all expectations. You can watch her create her magic spices with love.
