  Excellent, friendly service (Julia was amazing!) and delicious food. The pizza and pasta were delicious, as were the desserts. The entree tasting plates are a solid idea, as you can try a few entree options in one visit. I’ve booked a return visit for the next family birthday.

  Came here as another reviewer said they had the best gluten free pizza - it isn’t, it’s a stodgy packaged processed base. It cost an extra $5.50 I think which is ludicrous. At other restaurants which have fresh gluten free bases they don’t even charge this much. Also ordered a salad which was a small basic salad that cost like $15. This is place is nice enough but very overpriced for what you get.

  We ordered takeaway and whilst the website says they offer gluten free options we couldn't select this as an option when ordering. So I put in the notes to please make the pizza gluten free and I would pay the difference at time of pick up. This was obviously ignored by the staff and when mentioned at pick-up there was no willingness to help. She did say they only do gluten free for large but nothing was mentioned on the website.

  We haven't been here for a while but we were in the area and thought we would drop in. They were extremely busy tonight and it made for a great atmosphere. Food took a little longer than usual but the wait staff were extremely attentive and super friendly. Special thanks to Kevin for taking such good care of us (my son loved the ice cream!). The food was fresh and amazing as usual. We will be back soon.

  Pasta is fantastic! Both in the restaurant and take away. Pizza is also really good however as it’s cooked on a thin/authentic base they don’t travel well, I’d recommend enjoying them in the restaurant rather then at home with delivery for the best results. If you can only get them delivered they are still good but make sure you try them in the restaurant at some point. Staff are always friendly.

  Great pizza and tremendous takeaway deals. It's incredible how fast they are for how busy of a restaurant this is! Friendly staff.

  Really only go here for the weekly carry out pizza special! $13 for a tasty well portioned wood fired pizza ( sun-thurs) with good quality toppings. Friendly staff, you really can't go wrong with the pizza here! The pasta dishes are nice (the ones that I have tried) but I just keep going back for the pizza!

  3rd time here as really felt like some Italian food and drove all the way to Summer Hill to find the place next door too busy so opted for this one again. Each visit this place seems to be getting progressively worse. Front of house seemed to border on arrogance. Why have such a strong personality with a thick Brit accent in a supposedly authentic Italian Trattoria? Where's that southern European hospitality and warmth? Food was inconsistent mushroom sauce on the gnocchi - aside from paying $29 for a bowl of pastaPASTA!!! - was really disappointing [last time it was faultless], steak was overpriced and overcooked - how does a chef get 'Blue' wrong? - the mussels were quite nice but very expensive. I mean come on they wholesale for $6.99 to $9.99 a kilo and take 6 minutes to cook so how can you justify $29 for a main? Very few menu items seem to be realistically priced - not enticing for repeat business. Sorry to write this feedback on a public forum but, perhaps if a customer complaint was dealt with at Point of Sale instead of a [brush under the carpet] "I will pass your feedback onto the Chef" from wait staff, customers wouldn't leave the restaurant with a sour taste in their mouth. Dining out is an experience that involves parting with hard earned dollars - not just an excuse not to cook at home.
