It's a great McDonalds with some friendly staff, i regular with friends. The drive through is hardly crowded, and with the execption of a few employees the establishment is a good one.

This McDonalds is a regular fast food restaurant. The menu is the same. The staff sometimes can get it wrong. The drive thru can make you wait. The young trainees serve you looking nervous and not knowing how to properly use the register. Sometimes the toilets aren't too clean and the tables are dirty. The manager can be directing trainees and using a voice loud enough and stressing enough to even give me anxiety as I wait in line. With orders flying everywhere and sometimes lines of customers out the door and children shrieking and running around full of sugar and on the playground this McDonalds, despite its flaws, is amazing. We are all human so the above problems happen even to the best of us but the staff here over the years have been courteous, kind, helpful and it's made it feel warm and welcoming. I have been coming here since my kids were in the pram now they are taller than me. Over the years we have been delighted with the service of many of the staff and were extremely sad as they moved on. Rowan who used to work on the McCafe making coffee was one in particular who always went above and beyond. His coffee was legendary and I even saw customers waiting for him to arrive and refusing to order till he was making it. The staff provide table service with a smile and make you feel at ease and my children have been delighted over the years with free balloons and stickers and games given to them. The playground too has recently had a wonderful upgrade. The McHappy days are fun with face painting, hair coloring, and entertainment. So even though it's only a regular McDonalds, it's a part of the local community and a place to meet up with friends and enjoy a tiny break. To have a chat to the staff about your day and have a laugh about a joke. To walk in and feel comfortable and relaxed.

Food order taken incorrectly, upon explaining to exchange items was met with unfriendly response. Food was average at best

The staff seem to never know the difference between a breakfast wrap and a breakfast roll Might need to re-educate them!!!
This is not the first time they've got my order wrong either, they have consistently got the orders wrong the past 10 times I have been there. Very disappointing!! Belconnen Lake McDonalds know their orders, I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes for my order to be right when I got home.

Muffins for the all day breakfast can be rather hard after 10:30 - kinda distracts from getting the all day breakfast but I've found this to be a problem at most McDonald's. Other than that the quality is reasonable. They say that what you get is what you pay for but for over $10 for a big Mac deal I'm starting to question this - getting a bit expensive for what you receive!

This outlet seems to frequently mess up our order. They don't give value for money which is what Macca's is all about. Otherwise a nice fast food restaurant.
