Staff are all kids and service is appalling, they could not even get my order right and rude about it. Rather go to Gungahlin KFC was there the other day and service was excellent.

Been going here for a looooong time and it's always been the same consistent type of service, not overly positive but not too bad. They run out of chicken quite often and drive thru can be a nightmare sometimes (always check you have everything you ordered) but mostly the staff are young and are just trying hard to learn what it means to be in the workplace and responsibilities so I can't fault them too much. We loved when they had the black buns .. bring those back soon!

Can admit that I go here quite often and so do my mates. This is a good store as far as KFC's go, bit they have run out of chicken in the past.
Because this KFC is one of the only ones in the Belconnen area (the only other being in the Belconnen mall) it can get quite busy on after work hours Mon-Fri but you usually still get what you pay for

Always busy and is slower always if you go inside. Stay in the drive through even if the line is out the driveway. As I went inside in this circumstance ordered only wings and watched as car after car had their order delivered first. They must have a preference for drive through???

The food was above average, fresh and enjoyable however when you order something out of the norm or when something goes wrong with the KFC app then the staff and management become unhelpful brick walls.
I've eaten here a few times and the food was always fine but there needs to be some staff and management retraining as their customer service skills are a bit lacking when problems arise that are out of the customers control (network server side related issues).

BEWARE OF THE BIG LYING WOMAN at DRIVE THRU. Be sure to CHECK your order before leaving because she will bluntly lie when you ask whether everything is in the bag. This KFC branch got the worst drive thru service thanks to that pathetic lying staff at drive thru.
