Been numerous times. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Kept very clean despite the occasional lazy self-centred customer leaving their rubbish where ever.

I purchase a coffee every day and I am continually disappointed that depending on who makes the coffee, it tastes different. I had to return my coffee today as it was "burnt" (after tasting) and overfilled. The person rolled her eyes when I asked for a replacement. Not very good customer service. How hard can it be to make a coffee after all the training? Seriously considering changing to Hungry Jacks.

I've been here loads of times since they opened because it's the closest Macca's to me, and almost every time they've messed something up. I don't make big or complex orders, but they almost always make mistakes, take forever, and provide bad service. When I was there today a staff member walked right past me (I was at the counter waiting) and gave my order to someone else. How does that even happen?Go to Frankston North instead. They're not great, but at least they can get orders right.

Can't comment on the food because I mainly go there for coffee, which is usually drinkable but varies largely by the staff. There are two massive issues:
1. When you order a coffee inside you can wait up to 20 minutes and sometimes need to remind staff to make it (literally all preference is given to drive-thru).
2. On several occasions, they don't have skinny milk which is very unprofessional considering there is a woolworths 10m away.
3.Sometimes the coffee is very poorly made (depending on the barista) usually very watery (poor froth and milk consistency) and cold (even when asked for extra hot).
However some of the positives include: very efficient drive thru wait times and occasional decent coffees (not consistent though).response / report this review -

Bad coffee. Otdered a cappuccino and got a flat white with choc, not silky, frothy cappuccino. They replaced it and it was still terrible.

Really weird service here. The staff are either totally ignoring you or won't stop annoying you while trying to "help" you use the self service machine which you're more than capable of using.

Got my coffee before i got machine made icecream.. they didnt make it.. had to remind them 1 cone. 1 caramel waffle cone for my daughters. Read paper while waiting. No biggy.

Coffee here is great. Best Maccas coffee is the area. Monday and Tuesday Tuesday you get double stamps :)
