Be warned they cannot tell a $100 note from a $50 note, only realised when I went to Frankston to pay for something else and didn't have enough, so lucky I kept my receipt, so had to go back and speak to the manager, they had to look through the cameras, more time waiting around, came back with the 50 bucks they short changed me with mistakes happen, no apology nothing, maybe MacDonald's needs to send them back to Specsavers, most were wearing glasses anyway It's amazing they never give you too much change

My Angus cheeseburger was upside down in the box Whatever keeps the kitchen staff entertained I suppose. The bacon was spot on, top marks.

Worst coffee going around, never consistent, ask for warm & u get extra hot , took it back to get a replacement & asked for warm again & got extra hot again. The TV ad says get a barista made coffee at mcCafe. pretty sure none of the kids in there have barista qualifications 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I live just around the corner so I frequent this McDonalds very often, usually the service is great and the interior is clean. However 90% of the time when I order any of the ALL DAY breakfast items they come cold, poorly made and very hard with little taste (Especially "hot" cakes) . I rarely buy all day breakfast items from any other McDonalds so I'm not entirely sure if this is an issue at all McDonalds restaurants however I thought I might as well write a review to inform any customers.

I came into the store a few nights ago and was amazed by how clean and spotless it was.
i also got served by a lovely man named Ben and was surprised by the amazing service he had given me.

Constantly cold fries.
Constantly getting our coffee orders wrong
STAFF Member humiliated and Embarrassed me a few weeks ago and Thier idea of fixing the situation was to give a $10 Voucher. If I wanted an English lesson NATHAN I would have gone back to school.

Waited like 15 minutes whilst 4 people in cars behind me had been served and driven off staff even had a nice 5 minute chat with a lady behind me in the drive thru who also then got her meal and drove away so eventually i reversed back to ask where my 3 hamburgers were and the staff member wasn't there. (She wasn't even behind the counter she was in the front of the store laughing with some friends) she then came back to tell me they are on the way. I ended up just driving off as i was now late for work. Like bruh its three $2 hamburgers not even in meals how have you prepared 4 other entire meals while i was waiting at the front of the line. I come to this store like every second day when i finish work, probs about $100 a week i spend here, but I'm not coming back after this. Rip late night feeds 😒

The entire restaurant was empty when we entered, with staff behind the counter dancing to the music blaring over the PA. Yet for some reason every table was covered in rubbish. Even the so called play ground was filthy, I had to go around and clean up the food scraps off the floor just so my kids could play. So much for a family friendly restaurant. The staff and management need to step up. :(

The girl by the name of Mikayla was very helpful, as I leaned in to grab my delicious smelling food she gave me a slight smile and said have a great day . I was very pleased
