Food was ok. Feel sorry for the kids working there. The duty manager, Lindsay, was barking orders and yelling at the kids in front of the customers . I could even hear her when I was in the bathroom. Poor girl making my coffee was nearly in tears. NOT at all professional behaviour. Last thing you want to hear is someone on a power trip belittling her staff in front of the customers.

This place needs the food health department to go through this place. I only go here because my kids want to play in the playground so have been numerous times and every single time it is the worst ever food, worse service staff never smile, food all other the floor, toilets are dirty, the whole place needs a scrub. Food takes forever, waited 30 minutes for 3 soft serves. Have had meals with items missing. I just wish the owner could take the reviews on board and make it a pleasant place to eat at and enjoy.

Macca's is Macca's, everyone knows what to expect from the food etc, the only difference between the stores is speed of service, friendliness and cleanliness. Visited on a Sunday lunch time and was able to order straight away at the touch screen but had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my one coffee. Also the machine was out of receipts so when they called numbers no one had any. Understaffed? Poor experience.

100% the worst McDonald's I've ever had in my life. Ordered a chicken and cheese - I received a dry chicken burger (with no mayo) and a inch widths of cheese that covered a corner of my burger. I also ordered 10 chicken mcbites which were the worst I've ever tasted. Would not ever recommend this McDonald's, staff were extremely rude and overall it's just a terrible place to eat. KFC all the way. :)

It's a McDonald's.
there's not a lot really to expect there. The wifi is decent and therefore nice for travelers. The good is crap but tasty.
The staff here are all extremely green but not rude or anything.
I will say it's pretty fast.

I was disappointed with the service at the main counter. I stood there for nearly 5 minutes before being acknowledged. When I got my meal half of it was missing. The staff were busy out in the kitchen area. The girl on the coffee machine was helpful.
