Raven B our CSR for tonight delivered amazingly within 20 minutes following our instructions to our hotel apartment. What a champion!!

There is a reason this store has a rating of 3 . We thought a 6 month break might of made a difference and they may have picked up their act . I was wrong! Our order was delivered with a refund for the prawns as they did not have any , the lemonade we ordered also did not exist in their store and they forgot the other drinks and had to go back to get them . The pizzas where below average and greasy . Avoid disappointment and think of something else for dinner

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Its the 2ND time this store has stuffed up my orders! First I placed my order online which is a chef's special with double extra anchovies paid 45$ in total, got it 30minutes late than expected! With a cold pizza WITHOUT any anchovies in it, the second one I ordered only chicken wings that took them an hour to deliver!!!!,WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!,

Worst dominos pizza ever. I ordered a deep pan fire breather, received a classic pan piece of crap instead. No jalapeños or this 'new' pork fennel sausage. Their new recipes have lesser ingredients than before and taste much worse than the original in my opinion. i had to ask for deep pan and also for a receipt as I had a feeling something would go amiss. I have also had deliveries to my door that are for someone else. The customer service is appalling, they ignore me half the time. My name wasn't even on the waiting list screen. They are completely lazy and incompetent staff. If you ever go to dominos my suggestion is get the value pizzas as you get the same amount of topping and taste and if it's as bad as I always get it well at least you only spent $5 and not $9+ for something tasteless. Dominos used to be better than this, I won't be going there ever again!

I just got handed the best Dominos pizza I have ever had, in 21years. The friendly girl who made it was called Lilly at the Airlie store. I asked if she could cut it into 6 slices (instead of the standard 8) and said it's ok if she forgets (cos normally staff in Sydney forget or cut 4 small/2 quarter sized), she didn't forget and cut 6 even slices. Pizza was great quality and tasted so good, I made the effort to leave a review, which is not common for me. Would order again from Airlie Dominos.
Edit: Couldn't resist. Ordered the same a 2nd time.

Me and 6 others ordered delivery that never arrived. We called to ask why, they said the driver came but we weren't there (not true, I waited outside for 30 minutes). We checked the delivery tracker, the car never made it to us. The people we spoke to were rude, we offered to wait outside for them to come again, as well as come pick it up ourselves, but they said no, cancelled our order - and said even if we placed it again they refused to make it.

I will never order from this Dominoes again, nor any other. We ordered from Beagles next door and they were wonderful, they were kind and made great pizza. I highly recommend going to Beagles instead of Domino's.
