WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A MACCA'S RESTAURANT ! AT LEAST 5 MINUTES IN DRIVE THROUGH BEFORE EVEN PLACING AN ORDER THEN 11 MORE MINUTES TO GET TO THE WINDOW ( WE TIMED IT ) ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ORDERED ITEMS HAD GONE UP IN PRICE. WHEN WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT IT WAS THE PRICE ON THE BOARD WE WERE GOING BY WE WERE RUDELY TOLD THAT THE MENU BOARD HAD THE OLD PRICE ON IT AND IT'S JUST TOO BAD ! IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE TO PAY THE NEW INFLATED PRICE ! ! WE DECLINED THE ORDER ON PRINCIPLE AND ALSO BECAUSE THE SO CALLED MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND NASTY THAT IT WOULD NOT HAVE SURPRISED ME IF SHE WOULD SPIT IN OUR FOOD ! MINUS 5 STARS ! DISGUSTING ! ! !

Bad coffee here really bad most times the only time its nice is when a older woman works in mc cafe on a morning coffee is perfect then. I get 2 large caps every thurs morn from the sebas store and never had a bad one there yet but for some reason they can't get it right in maryborough.

Stood there for 3-4 minutes without seeing any staff and had to yell out for service. Eventually the manager arrived and her exact words were "What do you want?" Disgusting service and its always been bad

Extremely slow, very rude staff. 9/10 order is wrong. Not every experience is bad, there is a couple of trained staff every now and then.

Just went in. Ordered three meals. This time walked in as last week drive thru too slow. Cars banked up. After receiving my order which was missing the hash browns I had to wait for coffee. I stood near coffee making area to see what goes on. Now know why food goes cold while waiting for coffee. Three girls talking about going out n babysitting etc working sometimes other just standing talking. This is twice in a row. Never used to be like this. They have dropped the ball on service.

The worst maccas around they need to. Have more staff and send them to a training school schocking service this morning. Telling my my order was 17 dls when it was 6.oo waited for my order ten min. Only one person on cash regester. Bad bad service go for a ride to out bond. And in bound calder and have a few lessons rxcellrnt service there you might learn a few things

About three weeks ago the female toilets at the MacDonalds store in Maryborough had a stench that had patrons 'dry retching' and prevented them from using the facilities. Yesterday, a family member experienced the same when they attempted to use the toilet facilities. It is a hygiene issue and needs to be address.

over a 20min wait for my food what a joke worse maccas and only 10.30 in the morning i would hate to come here when it's lunch time or something pull it together maryborough maccas
